ive got the chance to buy one of these numatic 1515 150rpm 110v floor buffers for £300 secondhand anyone use them, are they any good? the problem ive got is its 17" and the sanding disks i get from my wholesaler are 15" can you get the plastic type sanding disk in 17"?
