Cold weld

    Hello lads , do you have to use a special mask tape when using cold weld on joins to stop it marking the vinyl or can you just use any ? Cheers.

    I think you do need to use a special tape coz the weld chemically fuses the vinyl together & can fuse the glue from the tape to the vinyl ! Can't remember what its called sorry ?
