Alright lads have a floor to price up, old house 22mm bad condition wood, 10mm osb on top with 14mm engineered on top and looking for suggestions. This floor is higher than the hall and don't really want to be adding height (thin laminate in hall and don't want to add to height plus with engineered being floating not stable)
So looking at taking engineered and osb up and putting 18mm chipboard down and then 6mm wbp on top (reason trying to keep heights the same is archiatraves already been undercut and a lot of skirting has been put on top of engineered and they don't want to take off, I'm probably answering my own question here but looking for other ideas, cheers lads
