Class engineered

    Started a big job Monday. Quite a lot of engineered board, carpet, cap&cove, bit of everything really.
    Ive not really done much wood for years, so was a bit surprised when I found this

    Plain old chinese sh1t. Those boards have been in place for 48hrs. Opened the first pack, and the board nearly took my eye out !
    Marks all over it, don`t fit together, the 3 strips are different heights, tongues are in pieces. It`s the worst ive ever seen.
    We fitted 3 rows, then stopped.
    Rep came out, and to be fair, he agreed it was only good for the fire.
    He has 7000sq. m of it !

    Make some decent spring boards out of them...Probably get some good money selling them to the Kazakhstan Olympics team :D

    classic 'budget basement' 3-strip oak product,,,, get it on a boat & ship it back east matey... rep. prob paid <£8 p/M2 for that load of sh£ite... :cool:
