Just received an order for doing our first "Lime-Washing" job in a couple of weeks time.

My wholesaler reckons its just a matter of hard work and that there's not much skill involved.

Any TIPS from the experienced among you would be welcome.

    Many Thanks

    Bob

I've heard it's a bit of a pig to do and I remember some poor bugger stuck on a job we was doing the carpets at because the customer was never happy with the finish! First it was too much, then not enough. I didn't know him though so maybe he just wasn't clued up on it

Never lime washed myself but I know Junckers do a pre lak white if that helps if your putting a lacquered finish over the top.
