    Evening all,

1st time hear, great site with much info:)
Looking for some pro impartial advice on carpets.

    Bungalow, suspended wooden floors.

Have some polyprop in the lounge-cant remember the make, was a carpetright copy type thing!
Have some riverside twist 40oz in the office.
    Happy enough with both.
Now need to do bedrooms and landing.
Found some cormar woodland heathers we like, and also the sensation.
Did a bit of sesrching last night and read plenty to many bad stories on the cormar....

    Is it really that bad??

80s bungalow which is still wearing its original axminster over tredadaire rubber waffle underlay....

    Advice, oppinions, options please....

It won't be on all Cormar... It's sporadic - and usually towards the end of one cycle of latex and the beginning of another (there are two types, one for warm weather, one for cold weather). The problem seems to be that it sells a load, so with more going out, there can be more issues.

Any one who does have an issue with it should really report each incidence to Cormar. They seem to actively look into things and make sure the end user is happy at the end whilst also trying to ensure things get better.

We done a primo choice today. Worse backing. It’s like a cheap wholesale carpet. Delaminates as soon as it bends. Would love to roll it all up and send it back but time is money. Rather just supply something else. I think it’s attractive as it’s so cheap for some suppliers to buy
