    Hi,

    Looking for advice please.
We had a section of our house re-carpetted a few years back and had a roll of quality saxony carpet left over as we ordered too much. We thought we’d roll it up and keep it in the spare room as we would need to redo some rooms at a later stage. The carpet wasn’t perfectly rolled.
When I unrolled the carpet today I realised that some areas were creased (not badly) but was causing some bumping to form when the carpet was laid flat. Is this something that can be salvaged by a professional carpet fitter?
    Many thanks

Needs to be laid flat asap, if it's a hot day then lay it out and get some heat to it. Use a qualified fitter and they should be able to rescue it depending on the condition of the backing...Use a cheap fitter and they will use the excuse that the carpet was ruined beforehand
