    Sell the flooring, order the flooring, (rarely) design the plans, (usually) cut the plans, call the customer to tell them that the fitter is sat outside waiting for them to show up, do the KFC run, spend time on here learning knowledge i'll never use, reply to emails, have phone arguments with reps who don't bother showing up to the showroom who have a bee under their bonnet due to the fact I sent their HQ in Germany a message asking about why we have a stand and no knowledge of where it even came from... The usual... I miss being a brewer - it was easier...
