Depends how well bonded it is and how big the area is If it’s loose then a chisel or hand scraper will do it in a small area Or a grinding machine
Hand grinder is the cheapest option or just hiring the gear as and when you need it otherwise your talking a couple of grand
If it’s blown or loose a decent bully scraper will lift it quickly. If its fully bonded it’s gonna be a grinder, make sure you get a decent one with a good extractor set up or it’s gonna be a right mess Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
