Technically it’s 24 hrs but Obviously that’s not really practical I’ve never had an issue I put sticky felt pads on all furniture feet when the jobs complete
Any info on scribing with lvt, tried looking on YouTube but can' find anywhere, not even sure what it is/used for
There’s are no videos what so ever that show how to fit LVT correctly on YouTube Most of them are actually hilarious
Anything that reqiures a sack truck to move I tell the customer to leave it a couple days if they want to move it themselves but if Im doing it I move it back once ive finished. First job back in the new year is rip up camaro and redo from scratch as it was the plumber (yes the plumber) that fitted a bathroom thinking he was doing the customer a favour and it is comical. He used a homemade trowl made out of plastic and some carpet adhesive ... the gaps are huge but the best bit is he went straight over ceramics lol. I asked the customer why she let him do it and her reply was he said he can do it cheaper than any floor layer!! Obviously she now realises it was a huge mistake. His excuse for such a shit job was he was running out of time. He also fitted the skirting after with gripfill and nails everywhere so told her id like to take it off before I screed but will need to get someone else to fit new back on.
Move furniture straight back into place. It' always handy to keep a bit of spare carpet on the motor to make pads for anything heavy or likely to scratch
All depends on the adhesive used. If HT I would give it a few hours. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
