Hi lads how do you go about getting a solid sub floor perfectly level with latex or water based screed ? Cheers.

you need a staff and level to measure the differences in height or a bosch laser.
You can then stick tags to the floor that you can cut to the depth you need (mario sells them in the shop).
    Then screed away

Batten up the edges and keep pouring in the screed! I did one that was flat in one area and had dips through the kitchen and utility, the biggest was a 20mm dip! Like Trimmer said get a depth gauge and keep pouring in. Do you want it flat or level?

It needs to be both flat and level. I was thinking of getting the plastic floor gage things from itools ?

    Yeah they are good mate.

Just have to make sure you block anywhere the latex can run off, like holes and under kitchens or doorways
